INITIAL PHONE CALL
We will go through the basic details of your day & answer any questions you may have. I'll also tell you about optional extras such as smoke grenades and sparklers to add that extra wow factor to your wedding photos.
CONTRACT SENT
I'll send over your own contract for you to review and digitally sign.
10% DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR DATE
An invoice will be send over for your 10% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your wedding date.

BOOK THE CONSULTATION
At this point of the booking process we need to arrange your pre-wedding consultation to discuss your plans, timeline and must have shots in detail. we will also book the venue walkthrough (Complete Collection Only)

VENUE WALKTHROUGH (Complete Collection Only)
if included in your package, we will meet at your venue to walk through the plan for your day and explore the best photo opportunities.

CHECK IN PHONE CALL
A quick catch-up phone call closer to your wedding day to ensure that everything is in place and to offer support if needed for preparation.
