To keep your booking completely straightforward, transparent, and free of hidden surprises, The Complete Collection covers all photography services under a single base investment.
The Only Extra Cost: The actual expenses required for travel and accommodation.
- How It Works:

Transparent Costing: Travel costs (flights, baggage for gear, vehicle rental/local transfers) and accommodation (typically a 2 to 3-night stay depending on your wedding timeline) are calculated directly.

Zero Hidden Fees: There are no hidden admin markups or management surcharges. You only cover the direct cost of travel required to get me and my equipment to your destination safely.

Logistics Handled: Once the custom travel arrangements are agreed upon and added to the booking, I take care of the flight bookings and logistics so you can focus entirely on enjoying your wedding weekend.
Booking Fee & Cancellation Terms
A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required upon signing to secure your wedding date. This fee covers initial administrative work and the opportunity cost of declining other commissions for your chosen date.
The remaining balance is due in full 30 days prior to the wedding. If the final balance is not cleared by this deadline, the booking may be subject to cancellation, and any outstanding balances will remain legally payable according to the cancellation schedule below.
Cancellation Policy In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

Cancellations more than 6 months prior to the wedding: Only the 20% booking fee is retained. No further payment is owed.

Cancellations 3 to 6 months prior to the wedding: 50% of the total package balance is owed.

Cancellations less than 3 months prior to the wedding: 100% of the total package balance is owed.
