Cancellation Policy
**Christmas Mini Sessions – Booking Policy** To secure your Christmas Mini Session, a non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit confirms your chosen time slot and is deducted from your final session balance. Because these sessions are limited and scheduled closely together, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you once booked. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will result in the full remaining balance becoming due. This amount will be automatically charged to the payment card provided at the time of booking. The remaining balance is otherwise due on or before the day of your session unless agreed in advance. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Session times may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms, including the cancellation and payment policy outlined above.
